Online meeting test method！

IMPROWYS 2021 adopts a combination of in-person and online methods.

1. Tencent meeting (VooV Meeting) is preferred for the online meeting. See below for the test method.

2. Zoom system is also available, but the Zoom system is unstable in the Chinese mainland. If possible, please try to use the Tencent meeting (VooV meeting) system.

3. The link/number to the Zoom system will be sent to everyone as early as possible on the day of the conference (July 27 and July 28，Beijing Time).

4. The time of the conference is Beijing Standard Time.

5. Test time: 16:00-20:00 (Beijing Time) July 23, 2021 

          16:00-20:00 (Beijing Time) July 24, 2021  

6. Please join the online meeting system 15 minutes before your presentation on the day of the conference (July 27, July 28).

Tips: Using the true name in the online meeting system will be helpful to us.
